Wallabies

These marsupials are closely related to kangaroos. They eat vegetables. Live for 9 years. Less than a meter tall. With a large yard, you can keep them as pets.

Leopard Gecko

The Leopard Gecko, is a gecko with spots on it. Some People even have them as pets! You can feed them vegetables and insects. They can live up to twenty years!

The White Lion

For a long time people said they say a white lion. In 1975, actual sightings were confirmed. The white color is a rare mutation of lion. They very from blonde to white. Normally they are kept in zoos.

Patagonian Mara

The Patagonian Mara is a relatively large rodent in the mara genus. They live in Argentina and closely resemble the capybara (their cousin)! The Patagonian Mara look like a cross between a deer and a rabbit!

Gelada

This animal is the last living species of grass-eating primates! They live in the high mountain meadows of Ethiopia. Geleda's happen to be very good rock climbers because of their stumpy fingers.

Continental Giant Rabbit

I am writing about the Giant Continental Rabbits, today because one just died on a plane ride. Only 10 months old Simon died while riding in the cargo section of the plane. Simon's father had set the world record for largest. The heaviest Giant Continental Rabbit weighed 53 pounds! These adorable rabbits are now a very popular topic.

Pallas's Cats

Pallas's Cat This unusual cat is located in Central Asia! The Pallas's Cat, is very unique because it shows facial expressions.  This cat is the size of a domestic cat! Its posture and fur makes it appear stout and plush. Pallas's Cats have the densest fur of any cat. These cats unlike others in the family, are poor runners.
